Ordering bespoke accessories:
As each piece is hand-crafted in our studio and made to order. Please allow 10 weeks to order & receive your special piece. It can arrive sooner than this but please allow for this time to avoid disappointment. Let us know if you need a rush order.
Bespoke pieces can take longer depending on the complexity of the design. You will be advised of a time frame when you make an inquiry.
Please be mindful that these pieces are handmade individually for you and lot of love and care goes into creating these. The last thing we want to do is rush the process.
There is free AnPost delivery on orders within Ireland or express DHL delivery for €10. Getting your goods to you swiftly and safely is of utmost importance to us. That's why we entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers.
Worldwide Shipping with DHL Express is €15.

Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of our accessories, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty or an incorrect design from what was ordered. Each product is quality checked before being sent, however It is the buyer's responsibility to check their product on delivery and contact the designer within 48hrs to report any damage, faults or incorrect design. We send you progress photos on request of your piece so any discrepancy /if any can be noted then.
We also provide shade swatches & design samples that are available to purchase to guide the consumer when purchasing online.
If your item is not suitable, you are able to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are not free, we advise all customers to use a tracked service. We can not accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.
Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing signs of wear. Items must be make up, fragrance and stain free. All orders should be intact with labels still attached, if removed your item is ineligible for returns.

Together with our hosting and payment partners we use the highest level of security and encryption methods available to process your payments. We never store your card information. This means that your payment details are as secure as they possibly can be when you make a payment with us. We also strictly adhere to best practices of data protection and PCI compliance.
Complaints about defects or about incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be in writing, within 10 days from date of invoice.
Claims for compensation due to mistakes in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The colour of the products displayed in the Online Shop may deviate from the actual product colour.
